We are looking for a motivated and results-driven inside sales representative to join our growing team. As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, in-person or online. You will also be in charge of maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and offer solutions that match their requirements and budget.
- Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle, and handle objections and rejections.
- Track and update sales activities and pipeline using CRM software and other tools.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales managers, marketing team, and other departments to provide feedback and insights.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market competition.
