What you’ll do:
- Co-Plan and execute all Marketing campaigns with Sales Program Manager
- Organizing webinars and physical events
- Working closely with Sales team to follow-up and drive registration to workshops/events.
- Bi-weekly report to Sales Program Manager related to outcome/ performance of MKT campaigns, improvement, upcoming plan, etc.
- Process post-event invoices of workshops and events
About you:
- Ability to manage webinars such as welcoming guests, and speakers, introducing the agenda, the main topic of the webinar, support Q&A session, etc.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the IT industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Time-management skills, result-oriented, strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft, technology in general, and information technology is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of data analytics, statistical analysis, and marketing ROI
Preferably Advanced skills & knowledge:
- Familiarity with Graphic Design tools (Canva, Photoshop etc.)
- Familiarity with Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI, CRM
