We’re looking for the role of Administrative Sales Support  - Operation Manager for Multi vendor, one of the most meaningful and key positions within our structure and business. With licensing experience or a strong dedication to detail, you could be the perfect fit for us!

 

What will be your workload:

  • Manages quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests in our internal Delivery CRM system,
  • Within this position you will be a partner of our Account Managers (BDM) with the responsibility for the delivery of purchases,
  • Experience and knowledge of Navision (CRM) – is an advantage,
  • Our OPS Managers are also responsible for the establishment of positive relationships with customers and prospects and understand their objectives,
  • Daily communication in English with our Headquarters and suppliers,
  • Prepares cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services,
  • Excel is your good friend, you have basic user knowledge and you are not afraid of using Excel daily
