Job Description

Your Team:
The Strategic Customer Success Analyst is an integral part of intelliflo's Strategic and Enterprise Customer Team, comprised of Customer Relationship Manages and Customer Success Managers. The team is dedicated to managing and nurturing relationships with c.150 of intelliflo's largest customers, Strategic being focused on the most important relationships to intelliflo c100 customers.

Your Role :

As a strategic Customer Success Analyst you will drive customer adoption of intelliflo functionality and service that will enable them to derive greater value from their investment in intelliflo office and outstanding customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for overseeing projects with customers identified by the customer relationship manager and customer success manager.

What you will be doing :

  • To own, drive and manage programmes of adoption and improvement for Intelliflo customers in key functional and new service areas such that they derive a greater level of value in the service they take from intelliflo

  • Produce data insights for customers to identify trends, highlights success and opportunities, and ultimately help to drive adoption of intelliflo solutions and increase retention.

  • Use data analytics to identify Intelliflo and Customer behaviors that reduce churn, increase retention and increase upsell and cross-selling to customers. Help identify and deliver strategies into the Customer teams.

  • Work collaboratively with the strategic customer managers, to deliver an exceptional customer experience with a focus on delivering to desired customer outcomes.

  • Continually look for opportunities for improvement both within the Customer Success area and in the wider Intelliflo teams.

  • Identify product improvement opportunities driven from your insight of Customer Success and feed them into the Product Management process with business cases to drive product change.

  • Identify improvements pertaining to Customer Onboarding and feed them into the Business Implementation Consultant team’s improvement programme.

What you will bring:

  • Understanding of how financial advice business operate in the UK market and understanding of how technology can support this.

  • Experience within a customer success environment role

  • Experience in data analysis/presentation and reporting
