Position Overview: As a Software Engineer in Test, you will play a crucial role in validating and automating test cases for Networking Products. You should have a strong grasp of networking fundamentals, CoS, firewalls, L2/L3 protocols, virtualization technologies, and test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify platform features
• Design quality test plans based on requirements
• Build necessary topologies for testing
• Analyze and execute test cases, creating automation scripts
• Provide weekly progress reports

Desired Technology Knowledge:

• BE/BTEC/ME/MTEC from a reputed university/college
• 12+ years of experience in networking products qualification
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in technologies like PFE packet forwarding, Policer, QoS/CoS, Firewall, Link Aggregation, L2 Switching, VLANs, Q-in-Q, L2 Protocols (xSTP, LACP, LLDP, VVRP), Switching architecture, EVPN-VXLAN, MC-LAG, ARP, MAC learning, Switching ASIC internals, Switching system architecture awareness, Telemetry Sensor - OCST
• Working knowledge of L3 protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP)
• Proficiency with traffic test equipment (Ixia, Spirent) and automation using IXIA/Spirent
• Advanced knowledge in automation design, preferably in Python and Robo framework

Experience/Qualifications:

• Certifications in networking like JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP or equivalent are an added advantage
