Job Details
- Requirements Capturing: Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements from collaborators.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PO, end-users, project managers, and technical teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Requirement Traceability: Maintain traceability between requirements, design documents, test cases, and other project artifacts.
- Solution Design Support: Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications and participate in design discussions.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the testing team to ensure test cases cover all requirements and the solution meets business outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies in business analysis.
