Responsibilities:

  • Assess partner marketing requirements across theatres to strategically identify the most productive partner lead generation resources and programs for partners to execute
  • Work closely with Marketing Narrative teams, Global Demand and Data Science teams to develop demand generation content and programs for partner activation
  • Serve as the partner marketing partner portal administrator including posting new content, asset tagging, usage reports and driving adoption of content in partner community
  • Drive activation of global events, webinars and marquee content within partner community to reach end customers
  • Support cross-function channel communications strategy including social, emails, newsletters, webinars, etc.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing to ensure successful partner activation of campaigns and programs 
  • Ensure partner programs are effective in the local markets, consistently assessing utilization and effectiveness globally
  • Analyze partner marketing portal utilization and work with theatre leads to enhance resources with localized content
  • Maintain focus on metric attribution, efficacy of investment and ease of implementation for channel partners 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years Channel Marketing experience with proven demand generation experience
  • Team player and influencer; ability to build strong relationships and push back when necessary
  • Results driven; does what it takes to get the job done and naturally goes the extra mile 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with limited direction/supervision as well as adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes 
  • Strong communication skills, with a “can do” attitude and the ability to develop creative solutions to problems 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Demand Center experience 
  • As an individual contributor, have a range of marketing analytic, strategic and tactical skills to execute agreed upon plan and to take on new tasks as plans change to get the job done
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales automation systems such as Eloqua and salesforce.com

  • May be home office based within United States
  • Relocation is not available for this position
  • Travel requirements for the position <20-25%>

Minimum Salary: $87,000.00

Maximum Salary:$133,400.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $87,000.00 and $133,400.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
