A day in the life of a TLC at Kami...
- Interact with educators and administrators via phone and online
- Demonstrate the use of the product
- Research prospects and existing customers, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, grow usage, and develop accounts
- Qualify prospects and facilitate an introduction to their regional Account Executive.
- Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections
- Become a trusted resource for educators and administrators
- Provide feedback to leadership to ensure constant process improvement
- Consistently achieve agreed goals
You have...
- Experience in Education technology as a trainer, technology coach, or educator
- Experience working in a high-energy environment
- A passion for educating, helping, and inspiring people
- A consultative approach and ability to influence and to direct a conversation
- The skills to clearly articulate product values and benefits
- A knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospect’s current environment
- College degree
- The drive to be a self-starter
- A track record of success and being a valued team player
- Experience in the Southern California Curriculum would be advantageous
