The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. ABOUT THE ROLE : 

Resy is looking for an experienced product marketer to manage our value proposition of Resy product suite to restaurants and to help drive innovative go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features. Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will act as the voice of the customer (restaurants), understand the segmentation, and advocate their needs in partnering with the Product Managers to inform and influence product strategy and development. You will be responsible for developing the GTM strategy and value proposition and leading cross-functional teams to deliver enablement materials, external training materials, customer communications and content. You will be working in a fast-paced, global and cross-functional environment, playing a critical role in bridging teams to launch product innovation that drives new levels of customer engagement and acquisition for the business. This role reports to Director, B2B Lifecycle and Product Marketing.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as a single point of contact liasing Product and Marketing teams - be the restaurant product expert within the Marketing org and voice of the Resy brand with Product teams.
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for new feature launches on Resy and Resy OS, with the goal of driving customer adoption and engagement, and reinforce value of our consumer and restaurant offerings with restaurants. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Product Services, and Restaurant Org to align on product value proposition and develop customer communications and content for e-mail, web, and support channels.   
  • Influence product and business decisions with the customer in mind, serving as the voice of customer and advocating their needs, and driving linkages to marketing calendars and seasonality.  
  • Analyze post-launch performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to help enhance product and marketing strategies. 
  • Manage team budget, ensuring timely updates on budget allocations and payments to meet our financial goals.  

 

WHAT YOU HAVE:  

  • 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience, preferred if at SaaS companies or fast-paced start-up environment
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity, working in white space, and building new processes from ground up
  • Ability to build strong relationships across organizations and facilitate collaboration 
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written) with demonstrated ability to effectively lead and influence cross-functional business partners
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and pivot quickly with shifting priorities
  • Ability to understand technology, articulate value for customers, and translate into marketing and servicing content 
  • Strong sense of ‘customer,’ with proven ability to understand, advocate, and prioritize against solving for customer needs
  • Passion and experience in restaurant industry a plus 

 

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
