What you can expect

The Enterprise Sales Associates support our Enterprise Account Executive organization. They generate, manage and close business sales within our Enterprise account base. This is achieved through effective partnership with our account executives, strategic account planning, utilizing business development techniques and sales capabilities.

This is a remote position based in Texas

  • Leading your own sales opportunities

  • Running sales from start to finish where the average sales cycle is 1-2 months

  • Partnering with an Enterprise Account Executive to meet or exceed quarterly, bi-annual and annual sales objectives

  • Building business relationships to increase customer adoption and expansion

  • Managing territory impact, scope and alignment in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives

  • Working with a cross functional team to achieve success including business development representative, product specialists, solution architects and field leadership

  • Traveling occasionally for training and/or meetings may be required

  • Driving full sales cycles in highly complex accounts

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years experience in a SaaS customer facing, quota carrying sales role

  • Have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues

  • Experience and understanding of the sales process, and ability to progress and quarterback complex sales cycles

  • Experience working in a rapidly changing environment

  • Have the drive to contribute, grow and make an impact on a rapidly growing department and company

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$105,800.00

Maximum:

$211,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
