What you will do
Process and manage orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Oversee contract management and coordination with local suppliers.
Monitor order status, proactively communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
Manage all import-export activities and ensure compliance with local customs regulations.
Coordinate transportation of goods to and from Stryker warehouses, including outbound deliveries to clients.
Handle trade compliance activities, including monitoring regulatory changes and taking necessary actions.
Control and approve customs and transportation costs while managing payment processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and other teams to support daily operations and integration of new products.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
Proficient in English (preferred).
Experience in reporting and dashboard interpretation.
