Role Summary 

The US Intermediaries (USI) Client Experience team at T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Advisor digital strategy for Enterprise initiatives.  The Product Owner will lead the discovery, development, and implementation of the strategy and roadmap. The role will be responsible for such Global Digital initiatives as brand remediation, advancing Adobe capabilities, shared platform iterations, and articulating Advisor needs in development. The Enterprise engagement and delivery are integral to our multi-year digital transformation, involving Adobe marketing technologies, modernized capabilities, data strategy and services, and other platforms.  

 

The role will develop and lead the complex product road map for USI and across business units and ensure alignment with the business strategy. The Product Owner will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of commercial judgment, negotiate regularly with management and business stakeholders, and provide insights and recommendations on the strategic priorities. The role will be responsible for communicating metrics, milestones, and/or status to stakeholders of various business units. Finally, the role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing the key performance indicators to communicate key driver and outcome metrics. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Product and Strategy Development —Develops and maintains a clear vision for the product(s), including technology, competitive, and internal strategic perspectives. Establishes roadmap for assigned product(s). Contributes to the technical direction and conducts relevant research to inform enablement strategies. Leverages quantitative and qualitative research to establish and communicate the product vision and the overall design and delivery strategy. 

 

  • Achieve Business Results —Oversees a cross-functional team, which could include marketing, technology, and creative associates. Ensure the product(s) meet and/or exceed standards for business performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency by closely monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting the metrics to assess the performance against key performance indicators (such as engagement and leads, etc.). Develops and implements strategies and tactics to meet the desired business objectives for assigned product. 

 

  • Coaching and Mentoring —Supports leadership in the onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of product owners and analysts. Recognizes associates as appropriate and, at times, may provide feedback in support of development goals.  Will also lead and mentor a cross-functional Agile team. 

 

Qualifications  

 

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience 

 

Preferred 

  • Experience with Adobe marketing technology or similar for content management, analytics, personalization, experimentation, email, and/or digital marketing. 

  • Strong analytical skillset and ability to source and analyze data from databases. 

  • Agile certifications or proven experience with principles. 

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively connect with all levels of the organization. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills, as well as critical thinking and problem solving. 

  • Ability to manage time and shift priorities effectively and proactively in a challenging operating environment. 

 

 

FINRA Requirements 

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. 

 

Work Flexibility 

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week. 

Base salary ranges:

$103,500.00 - $177,000.00 for the location of: California, New York
$91,000.00 - $155,500.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$83,000.00 - $141,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and All other US locations

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
