DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ReCon sales and core returns, ensuring a core return rate exceeding 80% through monthly follow-ups with dealers across over 100 locations.
  • Oversee and track core inventory movements.
  • Collaborate with the Remanufacturing plant to ensure adequate core supply for remanufacturing processes.
  • Engage with vendors for core sourcing and manage outsourced core remanufacturing to address supply issues.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Quality, and Engineering to meet their expectations.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports to dealers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle core pricing and part number management, including setup and obsolescence.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team on market research and strategies to enhance core return rates.
  • Lead projects related to new business setup, core return rerouting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global partners on core inventory management and other related topics.
  • Manage client communications and handle core-related inquiries effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Relevant licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Core Materials Management: Proficiency in managing core materials, including inventory oversight and coordination with remanufacturing and suppliers.
  • Administrative Support: Ability to conduct research, prepare reports, and handle routine information requests. Proficient in data entry, document preparation, and managing departmental documentation.
  • Communication: Strong skills in developing and delivering clear, effective communications for various audiences.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Data Analytics and Visualization: Skilled in interpreting and communicating data to support business decisions and process improvements.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead projects with a moderate degree of supervision, including process improvements and new business setups.
  • Supply Chain Management: Experience with materials planning systems, part change control management, and master supply scheduling.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Effective communication within teams and across functions, contributing to business improvement projects.

Quality:

  • Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on material planning data and work with Quality teams to address non-conforming materials.

Delivery:

  • Initiate purchase and work orders to support demand plans and participate in allocation calls to manage supply constraints.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planners to reposition excess inventory and manage part change requests effectively.
