  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a business or customer-facing role.
  • Experience with SAP and Cloud.
  • Experience with Enterprise applications, including SAP's ERP Platform.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Experience in people management within a business team.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience driving growth of cloud technologies in large organizations across a given territory or industry segment.
  • Experience in Business Development, Business and landing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience running business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering results.
  • Experience in SAP technical including architecture, applications, and implementations.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed environments, build relationships, bring in resources and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal, and lead complex implementation projects and negotiations.

As the Head of SAP Strategic Sales Specialists for NorthAm, you will lead a team responsible for strategic deals with our largest customer pursuits and Enterprise Analytics pursuits aligned to SAP’s strategy. They will overlay with the Sales teams to meet and exceed growth goals, and drive outcome based results for customers.

You and your team will have deep knowledge of SAP offerings, relationships in the SAP and Partner ecosystem, and extensive SAP customer base contacts. You will create sales strategies required to help prospective customers and partners understand how Google Cloud can enable their digital transformation. You can effectively interface with top client executives or work in the details of an agreement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $179,000-$255,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead a team of performing sellers and build an inclusive and thriving growth culture. Focus on talent strategy and skills development to exceed business goals for your region and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic pursuits for SAP offerings on Google Cloud across the North America region.
  • Elevate the North America relationship between SAP and Google.
  • Position the SAP on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) RISE offering.
  • Create and drive innovative programs and deals with SAP focused on achieving growth develop strategies to accelerate the business cycle in an environment.
