As an HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the success of our HR operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR operational tasks to ensure flawless execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on HR projects by contributing to planning, coordination, and execution tasks. Projects could include reviewing regional onboarding processes, revising regional employee handbooks, revising job descriptions and associated KPIs, researching data for annual business review, and gathering performance management data on employees.
• Research and coordinate HR records with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions as needed for various tools and processes, including creating user guides.
