How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for Demand Forecasting and related analytics for KYC Processes globally for Global Services Group.

·       Understand basic forecasting methods and be able to drive volume forecasts. 

·       Statistical acumen for identifying large data sets and drive analysis out of historical volumes – to normalize and predict future volumes.

·       Responsible for Volume Forecasting for Customer Fulfillment Network (CFN), Disputes and KYC

·       Partner with Site level leadership teams by providing operational recommendations required to deliver world class service at the right margins.

·            Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field.

·            Strong mathematical and statistical skills, including proficiency in forecasting techniques such as time series analysis, regression analysis and predictive modeling.

·            Experience with forecasting software and tools, such as SAS, R, Python, or similar platforms

·            Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control practices. 

·         Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools for presenting forecasted volume data effectively.

·            Ability to analyze historical business driver data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future volume demand accurately. 

·            Strong attention to detail and ability to validate forecast models using appropriate statistical methods. 

·            Excellent communication skills for collaborating with operations, support and GCCM teams to gather relevant information and validate forecast assumptions. 

·            Experience working with large datasets and database management systems

·            Adaptability to changing business requirements and willingness to adjust forecast models accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

·       Exceptional planning skills & experience from working in an operational environment where the processes are complex and numerous

·       Possess strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions.

·       Good communication skills both verbal and written with some exposure to financial analysis/ MIS/ decision support role and demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results.

·       Good working interpersonal and negotiation skills

·       Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).SQL knowledge would be an added advantage.

·       Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while setting and meeting expectations. Good business sense, self-motivated and flexible.
