Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Tech related programme
Collaboration with local business partners:
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with local key business partners
- Ensure active dialog between Tech and business on strategic priorities, execution, and expectation levels
- Represent AllTech in local business management meeting; board meeting or regulatory meeting as necessary
- Connect AllTech and local business teams in terms of:
- Evangelising AllTech’s services and practices to local business leaders
- Advocating and implementing global tech initiatives at local level
- Reporting local tech issues, changes and events back to global & regional tech head
Team management and coordination:
- Ensure alignment between local tech team and global/ regional teams
- Lead local tech team through:
- Coaching and mentoring as appropriate
- Hosting regular team meeting
- Participating in interviewing, performance evaluation and disciplinary action if needed
- Promoting staffs’ successes & achievements; escalating concerns to Regional Tech Head
- Attend global and regional tech leadership meetings
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for AllTech
- Share local perspective on proposed IVZ-wide policies and practices for priority & proper applicability; provide a solution when necessary
