We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Clinical Consultant to join our SAGE team in NSW as a permanent, full time, employee. This role will look after NSW South area.

The Role:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Consultant to join our growing team based in NSW South. In this role, you will become an expert in Stryker products, providing technical and clinical specialist expertise to both internal and external customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to educate nurses and hospital staff on the effective utilization of Stryker products, ensuring the best possible care for every patient. You will also conduct in-service training sessions and support our Territory Managers in promoting our products.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Become an expert in Stryker products and provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to new and existing customers
· Attend hospitals and/or aged care facilities within NSW to educate and train nurses and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
· Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers
· Provide product presentations and training for new customers
Key skills:
· Current qualifications within allied health - physios, nurses, osteos are all encouraged to apply
· Understanding of the hospital environment and experience working within a clinical setting
· Demonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects
· Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude
· Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure
· Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.
Key requirements:
· Proven experience in either a clinical (nursing or ICU) environment, sales or within medical consumables, as well as an understanding of the hospital environment
· A passion for successful patient outcomes
· Proficient in comprehending technical information and articulating complex ideas clearly
· Proven track record of building robust and trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
· Highly adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
· Exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively and find creative solutions
