The Senior Manager of ISV Partner Marketing will lead and drive the growth and success of ServiceNow's ISV partner ecosystem through global marketing programs. This individual will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing programs to support ISVs GTM, partner recruitment, and adoption of partner solutions for the ServiceNow Marketplace. 

Key Responsibilities 

Partner Ecosystem Strategy: 
Develop and execute a comprehensive ISV partner marketing strategy with the objective to create and elite marketplace for customers and partners.  
Identify and prioritize target ISVs by industry and segment that will help partners be successful and give customer new value from the ServiceNow platform.  
Establish and manage relationships with crucial ISV partners and partner account managers. 

Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: 
Create compelling value props to support recruiting and growing the number of partners building on the marketplace. 
Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality partners. 
Define marketing leading partner benefits needed to help partners take their apps to market. 

Partner Marketing Programs: 
Develop and execute industry-leading marketing programs so partners can highlight the unique value of building on ServiceNow to our joint customers. 
Create best practice, playbooks, and templates ISV partners can use for their marketing plans. 
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing programs. 

Marketplace Promotion: 
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the ServiceNow Marketplace and its value proposition to customers and partners.  
Create innovative ways to grow the awareness of ISV apps to ServiceNow field and existing partners.  
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to position the marketplace within other marketing efforts and activities at ServiceNow. 


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing or a related field, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of marketplaces, partner ecosystems, and global enterprise ISV
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful new partner marketing programs.
  • Understanding of the leading enterprise marketplaces and their strengths and weaknesses
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem is a plus.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $143,300 - $250,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
