    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Development (L&D) Partner to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in creating engaging content, enabling managers, and facilitating training sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving employee development through creative content, effective manager enablement, and impactful presentations.

    What You'll Do

    • Responsible for managing the talent development programs, including overseeing review cycles and high-performing teammate initiatives, while effectively removing obstacles and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

    • Develop, design, and curate engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and multimedia content.

    • Ensure all content aligns with company objectives and enhances the learning experience for employees at all levels.

    • Continuously update and improve existing content to keep it current and relevant.

    • Create and deliver targeted training programs and resources to empower managers with the skills and knowledge needed to lead their teams effectively.

    • Collaborate with the People Strategy team to identify learning needs and tailor programs to address specific challenges and opportunities.

    • Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for employees and managers.

    • Utilize various facilitation techniques to ensure a participative and inclusive learning environment.

    • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

    • Design and develop high-quality presentation decks for training programs and our internal knowledge base.

    • Ensure that all presentation materials are visually appealing, well-organized, and effectively communicate key messages.

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.


     

    Required skills

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of learning and development experience

    • 5+ years of facilitation experience

    • 2+ years of SaaS experience

    • 3+ years project management experience
