We offer:

We are seeking a Digital Content and Communications Manager to help drive artificial intelligence initiatives through the strategic development and continuous optimization of our digital products across the Firmwide AI website and beyond. You will own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and align business goals with technical execution in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver impactful digital solutions that will showcase AI innovation at Morgan Stanley.

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support firmwide key initiatives and sponsorships across the Firmwide AI website
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Stay abreast of industry best practices by conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand digital best-in-class solutions to deepen digital engagement and capture prospect leads
• Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) and external vendors to translate business goals into actionable requirements
• Write clear user stories and lead planning, testing, and release cycles, and also continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process
• Manage and track product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements, and analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to drive engagement and conversion

You have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience balancing business objectives with technical execution in a product ownership role
• Proven track record of delivering digital products
• Experience in leading discovery, defining product vision, OKRs, success metrics, and mapping user journeys
• Comfortable navigating large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives effectively
• Proficient in translating high-level business goals into actionable objectives and technical requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex problems into iterative, implementable solutions
• Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in social media content management and communications strategy

You might also have:

• Experience with large-scale, high-visibility digital product initiatives involving technical, legal, and operational governance as well as regulatory requirements 
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, analytics teams, and developers to deliver client-friendly products and user experiences 
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (particularly Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics)

The Firmwide Generative AI Team at Morgan Stanley is a dynamic and innovative department that serves as a center of AI enablement for the firm. The team is responsible for deploying advanced systems that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. The team oversees governance and control measures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and provide education on AI technologies to other departments across the Firm.
