Job Description

As a Service Success Manager at SoftwareONE, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating the adoption of SoftwareONE and Microsoft (M365/Azure) services by advising customers on best practices and providing strategic guidance to ensure optimal service usage and performance. You will collaborate with sales teams to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, conduct regular business reviews, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. The role requires fluent Korean, English, and Chinese language skills, as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services.
