DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare tables, charts, and exhibits for financial reports.
- Analyze basic financial data to support departmental forecasts and budgets.
- Generate basic reporting for management, working under direct supervision.
- Support daily financial processes, including purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, and budget inquiries.
- Participate in special projects as assigned and perform ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of product costing and supporting product cost analysis and pricing.
- Audit Support: Ability to assist with audit requirements related to financial analysis and product cost audits.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and support business decisions with financial insights.
