Job Description:

Are you client-focused, take true pride in your work? Join our team of Collection Account Specialists and earn $18.00 per hour

This is a fully remote position.

The Collection Account Specialist maintains client relationships by serving as a single point of contact for all client needs. In this position, the Account Specialist supports transactions through internal and external process partners and resolves transactions as assigned.

You are:

  • The individual who will be working with agents responsible for invoicing, account maintenance, collections, sales support, and responding to any client inquiries/requests

  • A forward-thinking individual, high energy, ready for new experiences everyday.

You will: 

  • Collect past due accounts within three business areas

  • Correct billing errors within three business areas, maintaining customer account information in all applicable systems

  • Handle account cleansing, including, but not limited to: payment application and reconciliation; PO and cost center updates; Billing consolidations; Major account and master lease creation and inventory correction.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheet and/or manual billing via Microsoft Excel and generate customer correspondence via Microsoft Word.

  • Communicate with and maintain a good relationship with other business units in order to best assist our clients.

  • Organize your day to ensure proper time parameters are met for all items and tasks.

Your Background:

  • You will have a positive, client-first attitude

  • You will possess and be able to illustrate strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word abilities

  • You are self-driven, able to work independently and have the ability to prioritize and schedule daily activities while functioning in a team environment.

  • You will have experience with collections, account management, and billing reconciliation.

  • This position handles sensitive financial data for our clients therefore a credit review is included in the background screening process.
