Job Description

The Analyst-Prospect Marketing will work cross-functionally to support and execute on marketing opportunities to acquire new cards. More specially focus on the business card acquisition and implement the variety of marketing campaign and business partnership events to acquire new cards for the acquisition goal. The individual will execute targeting, segmentation, creative development, legal and compliance approvals, testing and post launch validations. 

Responsibilities

• Executing marketing campaigns in acquisition/promotion for business card and online and offline, ensuring all parties are aligned and deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records of performance metrics, and campaign details ensuring date integrity and accessibility. Monitoring the performance of marketing campaign, collecting and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Act as a liaison od both internal and external partners, ensuring clear and communication and addressing any queries or concerns
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaign co-working with digital team and sales team including preparing promotional material and coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, supporting the managers

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. They must be proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, directly contributing to business card acquisition goals by conducting promotion activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong project coordination and stakeholder management
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and recommendations
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style appropriately depending on the audience
• Awareness of external card product, local market trends and competitive landscape; ideally an understanding of / interest in business card.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and a demanding work environment – demonstrates flexibility and openness to changing circumstance
• Strong skills within MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Business level fluency in Japanese is mandatory (both verbal and written); English proficiency is highly desirable.
