We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing support for computer systems, software, and network issues. Your responsibilities will include handling and resolving user requests, configuring and maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a customer focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the endpoint computing environment and all IT-related topics, ensuring that defined SLAs are rigorously met,
- Balance and address multiple user requests daily, ensuring a service experience,
- Handle the procurement, preparation, and delivery of devices to end users, ensuring timely and efficient processes,
- Install and maintain all IT hardware/software available in our subsidiary, ensuring a world-class IT environment,
- Implement appropriate protection measures to ensure the security of data and IT systems, maintaining a secure and reliable infrastructure,
- Advance unresolved tickets or new requests beyond the team's scope to the next level of support, ensuring issues are resolved promptly,
- Participate in implementation of projects, such as deploying new operating systems/applications, to optimally conduct innovative solutions.
