An exciting opportunity to join American Express International Card Services (ICS) Hong Kong. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to execute and implement marketing programs and projects to drive customer engagement, with the goal to uphold Centurion’s undisputed leadership position as the world’s most exclusive and elite membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end campaign execution
  • Partner with agencies, internal and external parties to develop compelling creative and program construct
  • Ensure all campaigns are correctly set up, tested and monitor effectiveness
  • Perform relevant data analysis and program result tracking
  • Support program development and execute to drive customer engagement
  • Monitor external competitive activities
  • Handle ad hoc projects and support different team members from time to time as required
  • Ensure all programs and activities are adhere to internal and external compliance requirement and operation excellence standard
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify the right customers and targeting approach, track and evaluate program performance, and ensure optimal use of investment and effectiveness
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the target customers’ needs and preferences, including the evolving lifestyle trends for the high-net-worth segment and continuous improvement
  • Support maintenance of portfolio operations, including collaterals & stock management, budget & payment, business process control testing
  • Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Travel & Lifestyle, Brand & Loyalty, Legal & Compliance, Servicing & various operation support teams, agency and business partners to share best practice and bring brand strategies, insight and measurement into action and consistent manner
  • Support portfolio performance tracking, analyze market research results to ensure the optimal use of investment dollars and to identify trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing / Business or equivalent
  • 4 years plus experience in marketing, product management or related experience required
  • Outward looking with keen interest on competitive landscape and the evolving lifestyle trends for the high-net-worth segment
  • Independent self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills, comfortable with using Excel as an analytical tool, to build and articulate ideas based on a thorough assessment
  • Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, the ability to work with external partners and cross functional teams
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively
  • Proven collaboration skills and ability to build and leverage multiple relationships in a matrix environment
  • Language proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must, Mandarin is a plus
