What you get to do in this role:   

  • Critical part of AMS COO team to define the strategy and plan
  • Support the field with actionable, data-driven insights through quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on sales strategies and execution
  • Work with teams to identify opportunity, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
  • Summarize inputs, identify insights and develop compelling recommendations for Go-to-market leaders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5+ years total work experience at a top management consulting firm, or strategy and operations at a technology company (or similar)
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner; comfortable in business and technical discussions
  • Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)
  • Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
  • Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry, GTM Strategy and Sales Ops a plus

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $163,600 - $286,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
