What you will do:

  • Supervise the MDM team by setting direction, managing workload, and providing clear guidance to achieve goals.

  • Lead and support the gathering of business requirements, data maintenance processes, and master data design.

  • Support data cleansing, transformation, conversion, and remediation efforts across key business and master data domains.

  • Implement and enforce data standards within key master data domains using appropriate tools.

  • Lead or participate in projects to synchronize data requirements across systems for a single source of truth.

  • Coordinate data clean-up and validation efforts with business, technology, and data stewards.

  • Identify, analyze root causes, and execute remediation for data issues, ensuring proper documentation of system data.

  • Establish KPIs for data maintenance, monitor data quality, and ensure compliance with SOX and legal/regulatory frameworks.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IS, or a related discipline.

  • Fluent spoken and written English. (B2+)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

  • Major ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, MDG, Oracle, JD Edwards).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in master data, with team lead/supervisor experience and direct people management responsibilities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work, maintain detailed records, and use independent judgment effectively.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Reporting, PowerBI).

  • Ability to understand and navigate complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
