What you will do
Responsible for month-end closing, fixed assets processes, cash management, financial reporting, and related accounting tasks.
Prepares journal entries accurately and on time, with appropriate supporting documentation.
Manages general accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation (balance sheets, profit-and-loss).
Executes SOX controls and supports audit requirements for internal and external audits.
Assists in delivering performance metrics (KPIs) to the Supervisor.
Works with markets and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
Ensures compliance with policies and internal controls to guarantee accurate financial reporting.
Focuses on continuous improvement, process documentation, and increasing efficiency and supports ad-hoc tasks and requests as needed.
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Fluent in spoken and written English
2-3 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting function within a multinational company
Experience working in a shared service center across a global or large organization
