Job Summary:

Provides high-quality technical training delivery on Cummins products and systems. Delivers technical training to distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel to enable technician efficiency, repair quality and customer satisfaction. Provides technical support as required.

We are looking for a talented Technical Tranier Instructor- Senior to join our team in Florence, KY

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Training Platforms : Proficient in delivering training across various platforms, including on-site sessions, live web presentations, and prerecorded video training

Expertise Development : Stay up to date with changing technology through consultation with product management team and research.

Evaluation and Feedback : Regularly assess training effectiveness based on participant feedback and field performance, making necessary adjustments.

Continuous Improvement : Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training processes and outcomes.

Records Management : Maintain accurate technical training records, ensuring compliance and tracking service capability.

Customization : Adapt and modify technical training programs and presentations as needed to meet specific requirements.

Alignment with Business Goals : Overall, your efforts will contribute to efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct live, in-person and via web, and video recorded training classes.
  • Work with product management team to develop and modify technical presentations.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds.
  •  Relevant automotive or heavy-duty truck work experience required.
  • This role is based in Florence,KY. Please note that the role is on site.
