We are looking for a person to join our sales team in a combined sales and administration role with a focus on the Public sector.
What will your job description look like:
- Perform sales administrative tasks with collaboration with account manager,
- The position involves processing documents for ordering/delivering products and services, onboarding new customers and customer systems,
- Working closely with the sales team, particularly on processing requirements for the creation of quotations and contracts,
- Handling debt collection, reminding debtors,
- Providing administrative support for invoicing on a regular basis,
- Routine email and telephone communication with customers and suppliers,
- Attending meetings and calls, participating in company presentations to customers,
- Support and analysis of our marketing activities, workshops and seminars in relation to customers (in collaboration with our marketing team),
- Global collaboration across SoftwareOne with specific supporting teams.
