- Mon - Fri, 8am – 5pm
What you will do:
- Perform switchboard duties to create a professional first impression of our Company and to meet departmental goals and objectives
- Independently answer a high volume of incoming telephone calls (100–200 calls/day) using a multi-line telephone, or voice over IP system, and route to appropriate personnel
- Answer, solve or appropriately redirect employee and visitor questions or concerns
- Respond/distribute all emails sent to Stryker public website
- Continuously refine and update call logs
- Manage all voicemail boxes associated with the switchboard
- Take and distribute messages to personnel via voice mail, email or as otherwise instructed
- Ensure switchboard always has coverage
- Provide back-up phone coverage for receptionist
What you need:
- Preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year relevant work experience
- High volume multi-line phone system experience highly preferred
