The Business Analyst is a key member of the Acceptance Solutions Professional Services team, responsible with the entire Acceptance Solutions Professional Services team. This role will offer exciting opportunities to work with global and cross-functional teams, helping to drive decision-making and process/tools improvements through the use of data, metrics and business analysis. This individual will have opportunities to work on high-profile work with exposure to teams and leaders of all levels across the organization.
In this role, you are expected to:
• Develop and manage Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau dashboards reporting out metrics.
• Develop client-specific presentations which address executive needs and ability deliver presentation to internal and external partners when needed.
• Leverage metrics, data analysis, and financial models to measure performance, deliver meaningful business insights, and identify improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and tools, by identifying gaps, coming up with creative ideas, and successfully implementing solutions
• Develop and manage content to support clients, including process mapping, documentation, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Support senior leaders on development of materials for executive readouts and business reviews.
• Be an expert in data analysis but also be able to think strategically and see the big picture.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Intermediate to senior excel skills- ability to create formulas and macros if needed.
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in business, engineering, economics, hard sciences, or similar field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with proven ability to work with and influence at all levels within an organization.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and articulate findings to different audiences in a thoughtful, succinct, and compelling manner.
• Extensive knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools, particularly Tableau, with the ability to create ad hoc reports, write custom queries, and design frontend visuals.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Self-starter and motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines and deliver successful results.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and ad hoc assignments.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 82,100 to 145,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
