- Efficient Material Planning : By accurately determining the quantity and order date for materials, you’ll ensure smooth operations for complex business processes like new product launches and campaigns.

- Regulatory Compliance : Taking ownership of Hazmat part setup and ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations will drive adherence to safety and legal standards.
- Collaborative Stocking Strategies : Working with Product Management and Purchasing teams to set initial stocking levels and manage dual-sourced parts will ensure readiness for product launches and ongoing supply needs.
- Continuous Improvement : Participating in planning parameter reviews and improvement projects will enhance processes and support supplier agreements to balance supply with demand.
- Team Communication and Development : Effective communication within your team and with support teams, along with ongoing training and personal development, will foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Part Change Control Management : Evaluate and implement engineering change requests to meet customer delivery requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Plan for Every Part (PFEP) : Apply PFEP principles to ensure the right part is delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, to the right place. Manage systems and processes within the facility to guarantee smooth operations.
- Master Supply Scheduling : Establish and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule that meets customer expectations and maximizes operational efficiency. Align procurement, production, and replenishment planning with manufacturing and assembly assets.
- Materials KPI Management : Monitor and interpret KPIs to understand supply chain performance and end-customer impact. Strategically balance trade-offs to influence one KPI while minimizing the impact on others.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Prefer significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience. 5-7 years of work experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- The successful candidate must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high level of precision, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and not afraid to re-define tradition.
- This role will be embedded within the PSBU Bridge Technology engineering teams, working side by side to achieve aggressive and exciting product deliveries.
- Establish proper inventory organization, management, and continuously improve to reflect the creative nature of the work this team is tasked with leading.
- Will receive, inventory, and close out prototype part deliveries for builds.
- Create a common base electrical material stores at each pilot facility which will be constructing prototype systems, enabling increased electrical integration efficiencies.
- Will be responsible for pilot or prototype system Bill of Materials documentation within the team. This can be managed through a team which you will grow as needed.
- Will collaborate and work in unison with the project Readiness Leaders, as well as Corporate Sourcing technology strategies.
- Work with the engineers and project teams to obtain component specifications and project schedules.
- Manage the shop materials budget forecast for prototype systems against AOP.
