What you will do:
As a Program Manager, Compliance PMO, you will enhance project and portfolio excellence across the Global Compliance and Privacy department. Reporting to the Director, GCP PMO, you will lead multiple programs and projects, mentor team members, and advance the project management capabilities within the department.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead multiple regional or global programs and projects to support strategic objectives, driving process improvements and technological innovation
Develop and maintain essential project infrastructure (charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management)
Support project strategy, assist teams in making key decisions, and manage project governance and stakeholder relationships
Organize and facilitate project activities such as kick-offs, team meetings, decision-making processes, and communications
Coordinate integration of multiple projects, managing interdependencies and optimizing resource allocation
Mentor and motivate the project team, addressing issues and fostering collaboration
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO’s project resources, tools, and methodologies.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management in regulated industries (MedTech, FinTech, Pharmaceuticals or similar)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
Proven experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools
Strong experience managing complex regional or global projects
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and influence across all levels of the organization
Experience within Healthcare Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory/Quality, or Operations function
Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methods preferred
