Job DescriptionYour Role
As a Service Now IRM Developer, you will work with a team of solution architects, design engineers, developers, and business analysts to support the global Compliance, Audit, and Risk functions in realizing their business goals enabled by the Service Now IRM platform. You will engage with business partners at mid and senior levels of the organization to understand business needs. You will be a key stakeholder of the technology solutioning lifecycle from concept to implementation, in accordance with company methodologies, processes and practices. You must be very adaptable to changing priorities and able to lead challenging assignments requiring close coordination with multiple technology and business teams at different locations across the globe.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering configurations, customizations within Service Now IRM to support requirements from Invesco’s global Compliance, Audit and Risk functions.
Participating in the end-to-end delivery of Service Now IRM, from requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of solutions across Compliance, Audit and Risk areas.
Rapidly adapting to changing priorities and be able to work in an agile-enabled environment.
Providing project oversight, technical guidance, and mentoring support to team members.
Fostering a spirit of innovation and continuous improvement within the team to maintain high levels of motivation and commitment.

The experience you bring:
Overall, 4 to 5 years of experience working with the Service Now platform in a technical capacity.
ServiceNow IRM with emphasis on Design, Configuration, Administration of GRC areas, including Risk, Compliance, Audit, SOX/FATCA and others.
Design and Configuration of GRC Workflows, Reports and Dashboards.
Customization of GRC modules including Tables, Business Rules, Forms, ACL's, UI Scripts, Script Includes and Client Scripts.
Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript and XML.
Collaborate with platform team, setup data sets for integration with external systems and migrate data from legacy systems.
Configure changes, build update sets, package, and deploy changes across various instances.
Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow GRC solutions; identify and resolve technical issues.
Aside from IRM, knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and agile tools.
Work as a Business Analyst when needed; collaborate with stakeholders to understand GRC requirements and translate into technical specifications for design and development.
