What you will do:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Intercompany accounting processes.
Perform complex accounting activities during month-end closing, including journal entries, cash handling, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned.
Analyze financial statements and perform related reviews.
Coordinate closing activities and other key deliverables as assigned by the Supervisor or Lead Analyst.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls for accurate and timely financial reporting.
Support migration coordination of R2R processes from countries within the scope.
Identify and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency across processes.
What you need:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Intermediate Excel skills)
Fluent spoken and written English (85%)
3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting role within a matrixed international company.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
