Analyst - Small Business Strategy Marketing

How will you make an impact in this role?
- Collaborate closely with acquisition, customer and product CoE partners to monitor trends, facilitate capabilities roadmap and identify opportunities for growth across the acquisition funnel
- Continuously optimize performance dashboards and reports in partnership with the analytics CoE, to drive support senior leadership with data-driven decisions with our marketing and business partners.
- Develop a synthesized plan for customer research with market research partners Amex Insights, to generate actionable insights that support our 2025+ growth ambitions.
- Consolidate the global SBS acquisition community by supporting the ACM SBS Growth Plan community calls and building a centralized pool of marketing best practices & benchmarks.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing and / or equivalent background with transferable skills.
- Highly analytical, showcasing a high degree of business acumen and critical thinking with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, showcasing potential to engage and influence multiple stakeholders sets and senior leadership.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills, able to be organized and co-ordinate projects at scale.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
- Keenness to grow and develop into a strategically oriented thought leader within the financial services industry and acquisition space.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
