About the role
We are looking for an innovative, agile and driven Senior Product Manager to spearhead the Community Management team. This team focuses on optimizing the experience for community managers and admins, driving world-class moderation and content management.
Working alongside a team of talented backend and frontend engineers, and a Product Designer, you will be driving continuous product discovery and delivery. Moreover, you will also be responsible for creating, validating and evangelizing a product strategy for your domain.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Community Management team, you will concentrate on:
Continuous product discovery to identify new opportunities to optimize admin and moderator experiences
Building better admin experiences (with AI-driven features) and help drive adoption of day-to-day features
Streamlining integrations with third-party tools and other products in the Gainsight suite
Improving content moderation workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration between community managers and moderators
Product vision and strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the community management team, aligning with the company’s overall goals.
Product trio collaboration: Work closely with your engineering lead and product designer to find the right problems to solve, and identify ways to solve them.
User research and insights: Conduct continuous user research and gather insights to understand user needs and pain points.
Feature prioritization and roadmap management: Prioritize outcomes and features, and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term vision.
Cross-functional leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Data-driven decision making: Leverage data to inform decisions that maximize user satisfaction and support company growth targets, continuously measuring the impact on key business metrics.
Stakeholder communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
Proven track record in product management in a B2B SaaS setting
Experience with community or content management platforms is a plus
Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent team collaboration and leadership abilities.
Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new product management methodologies.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
