1. The primary objective of this position is to lead the product transfer projects to achieve excellent quality, delivery and cost goals.
2. Continuously fully comply will all GMP standard requirements.
3. Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.
4. Responsible for project planning, progress control.
5. Work with the sending plant team and local project team to coordinate the project tasks, ensure the project time line can be met.
6. Responsible for the PPAP tracking, and document filing. Responsible for PPAP final approval.
7. Responsible for forming the project team, leading and motivating the cross functional project team members.
8. Lead the project team to be trained and ensure the knowledge and technology is properly transferred.
9. Excellent communication with internal and external parties.
10. Provide post project to production team after production launch.
11. Develop and maintain project weekly plans for projects under his / her responsibility.
12. Work together with direct manager for project charter development.
13. Work with finance team on new project financial justification and CAPEX plan.
14. Assist direct manager to implement project management initiatives for standardize project management process.
15. Other roles and responsibilities as listed on the applicable procedures.
