We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Integration Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating Zoom solutions into customers' application ecosystems and assisting them in connecting Zoom with their applications. This role involves expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and a solid grasp of both frontend and backend development within a microservices architecture.

About the Team

This role will be the first Integration Engineer in the Professional Services team for the APAC region.

What we’re looking for

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Demonstrate experience in Zoom API integration, with familiarity with Zoom SDKs. Prior experience in UCaaS will be needed.

• Have web development experience on both frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.) and backend (Node.js, Python) platforms

• Have experience in microservices architecture and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)

• Demonstrate understanding of API management, RESTful services, webhooks, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI

• Possess effective communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Have prior experience in client management, project delivery, and change management.
