Job DescriptionServiceNow, a leader in Insurance solutions, is seeking a Manager of Solution Consulting to lead and develop a team of Solution Consultants. This critical role involves providing consultative, pre-sales support to our customers.
The Manager of Solution Consulting will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Solution Consultants throughout various stages of the sales cycle.
- Demonstrating the technical and business value of ServiceNow solutions to clients.
- Overseeing the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development of new Solution Consultants.
- Implementing and managing continuing Insurance education programs to enhance the team's consultative selling methods.
- Establishing a repeatable process to drive results and outcomes, focusing on:
a. Strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader, preferably at ServiceNow
b. Defining and refining future Insurance demo capabilities.
c. Collaborating with Marketing, SC Field, and Workflow SC leadership to generate pipeline opportunities.
d. Creating and maintaining a comprehensive video asset library of functional demonstrations.
This role demands a strategic approach to team leadership, process improvement, and business development, with a focus on delivering measurable results and driving the growth of ServiceNow's Insurance solutions.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:
- Strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader, preferably at ServiceNow
- Thought leadership in methods and techniques for story telling with software
- Ability to coach and develop early-in-career as well as senior individual contributors
- Able to lead people, process and systems development
- Gain and build relationship and trust quickly inside and outside of the SC organization
- Leader who is tactically oriented with long term alignment and understanding of outcomes, ability to flex and shift as needed.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow sales and engagement process and business value
- Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform
