Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with Adobe, ensuring we maximize the use of their capabilities while driving their product direction to achieve marketing and ServiceNow goals
Hold Adobe accountable for delivering on their promises, ensuring we are treated as top-tier clients.
Ensure that Adobe's offerings are well-integrated and adopted across the organization and ServiceNow is using best practices and methods to improve time to market
Create a vendor score framework with Adobe to ensure compliance and delivery of contract goals
Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including DT, Marketing, and external partners, work with team to ensure detailed architecture and implementation plans for strategic projects are in place.
Develop and implement technical processes and align with DT architecture and governance to optimize the use of marketing technology.
Align across broader ServiceNow to ensure broader adoption of Adobe capabilities across teams inside and outside of Marketing
Ensure marketing is getting the value out of key new features like Firefly AI and AJO B2B
Lead workshops, trainings, and Adobe led analysis to ensure marketing can align current processes to Adobe capabilities
To be successful in this role you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Relevant certifications in Adobe marketing solutions are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with the TOGAF architecture approach and processes
Strong knowledge of marketing technology trends, Martech architecture, and best practices.
Proven experience in leading large-scale Martech implementation projects in a complex, matrixed organization.
At least 10 years of experience working with Adobe's marketing platform, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $178,900 - $313,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
