    This role will support the Skills CoE Leadership team in building a strong skills data foundation, process design using skills data customer and will partner with the skills COE leadership on data governance for a skills ontology and data as an asset across Global People and Sales processes.

    The key objective is to use skills as a foundation for effective workforce planning, and elevated learning for customer and seller ecosytem readiness, for hiring, dynamic career pathing, personalized learning experiences, and an internal talent marketplace, leveraging technology and data. This role will support all aspects of the COE - skills taxonomy, ontology, job architecture, job to skill and proficiency mapping, as well as employee skills profile and work closely with the Technology team on technical requirements and technical requirements and technology integrations relating to the implementation of skills intelligence at ServiceNow.

To be successful in this role you have:

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the skills COE leadership team: Provide data-driven insights to help define the program’s scope, processes, objectives, KPIs, and priorities.

2. Business Process and Data Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, GLD, Enablement, Technology, Product) to establish robust business processes and governance structures for managing skills-related data

3. Act as the subject matter expert on skills taxonomy, job architecture, and proficiency data mapping.

4. Be the go-to person for resolving queries related to these areas.

5. Clearly communicate the importance and nuances of skills, both in technical detail (the “how”) and significance (the “why”) to stakeholders across the organization.

 

Required Qualifications:

1. 5 + years of hands-on experience in skill-based products.

2. Deep understanding of the skills ecosystem – skills taxonomy construct, HCM job architecture (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors job catalog) and/or skills ontologies (e.g. NASSCOM).

3. Demonstrated success with delivering global, cross-functional, programs, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting with multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

4. Experience with analytics and understanding of support metrics and KPIs.

5. Support the lead planning meetings and reviews

1. Active listening skills to ensure feedback drives new initiatives and identifies areas of improvement.

2. Ability to learn quickly and pick up tools, systems, and processes in a short amount of time.

3. Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.

4. Commitment to producing high-quality, cutting-edge deliverables.

5. Proficiency in data analysis tools like in Excel, SQL for data manipulation and analysis

6. Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations (like GDPR or HIPAA)
