Remote location: Mexico. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working with JDA/Blue Yonder TMS, Manhattan, or similar transportation management system.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture roles in Supply Chain, or Logistics Solutions areas.
- Experience with business case development, value propositions that showcase the potential impact of solutions on key business metrics.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution.
- Experience in designing and implementing logistics solutions and managing projects, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

The Global Logistics team helps deliver the equipment that powers all of Google's services, and manages critical parts of the supply chain to turn raw components into serving capacity. The team collaborates on challenges across warehousing, transportation, global trade compliance and order management. As a Logistics Solutions Program Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to supply chain and logistics challenges for Google Cloud. You will collaborate across functions, identify business challenges, build business cases, and drive the development of innovative solutions, working with systems teams to build the future of Google Cloud logistics.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Manager, and cross-functional partners to define project parameters, including requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, milestones, and tasks.
- Define and develop program roadmap, scope, approach, and establish goals with realistic timing as well as leading change management efforts.
- Lead the assessment of current logistics systems, technologies, and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization to drive efficiency, speed, scale, and predictability.
- Provide process and systems knowledge, test coordination, and troubleshoot configuration problems for transportation systems.
- Leverage technical knowledge and leadership to enhance project efficiency, identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to support team scalability and growth.
