How a day-to-day would look like in this role.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational stability, guaranteeing the accurate functioning of technological tools.
Act as the direct liaison with the client, leading service evolution and proposing operational improvements.
Ensure project margin and report progress to the unit director.
