Job Purpose (Job Summary):  This position is responsible for duties in the areas of performing 3rd party risk management, responding to customer based due-diligence request for proposal inquires, and monitoring intelliflo’s mandatory training and corporate policy programs.
 

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Perform and enhance processes for successful operation of the 3rd party risk  program;
    • Initiate, track, and complete 3rd party assessments.
    • Prepare and report assessment results to appropriate stakeholders and add necessary risk information to the risk register.
    • Monitor and maintain appropriate assessment scheduling
    • Prepare, complete and maintain necessary documentation that meet audit controls.
    • Prepare and deliver training to vendor relationship owners of the 3rd party risk processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and report monthly key performance metrics and other material for risk management committee meetings.

  • Perform all duties related to customer-based due diligence questionnaires and request for proposals. This includes;
    • Collect, track, and respond to all questionnaires.
    • Perform internal research to seek out information to improve questionnaire response repositories.
    • Engage key stakeholders to resolve complex inquiries.
    • Monitor program KPIs to meet service-level agreements.
    • Prepare and report monthly key performance metrics and other material for risk management committee meetings.
  • Support the ongoing Corporate Training Program. Engage course subject matter experts and owners to schedule, enroll attendees, track, and complete all mandatory training for the organization.
  • Build positive relationships with business and vendor relationship owners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in information security, auditing, or risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact directly with senior business executives.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can operate independently.
  • Good working knowledge of GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2, FCA reporting processes, UK, and US financial regulations.
  • Proficient operational understanding of how to ascertain, validate, and employ data from sources that are generally available to the public.
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
  • Research capability

  • Experience of working in a high volume and result-oriented operational environment
  • Ability to communicate assertively – verbally as well as in writing- technical information clearly and concisely, commensurate with the audience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all security issues.
  • Must be assertive, methodical and detail oriented.
  • Must be intensely curious, innovative, and think beyond existing procedures.
  • Must be able to build rapport quickly and positively influence outcomes.
  • Must be a team player and self-starter.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on more than one initiative at a time.
  • Flexible – able to meet changing requirements and priorities.
  • Maintain current knowledge for all applicable technical areas.

Formal Education:

  • BS or equivalent in information security, business accounting, financial auditing, or computer science.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust, and temperatures. 
  • The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary. 
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Most teams within our England office work 1-day a week in the office, however, most of our teams within the United States and India operate in a remote working pattern.
