We are now in another development phase and we seek you who have a passion to deliver service via phone to our amazing Customers! 

We are looking for six persons who will join our team in Stockholm. You love solving problems, deliver exquisite service and has the patience of an angel.  

 How will you make an impact in this role?

In the role as Customer Care Professional (CCP) at American Express Customer Service, you are the ambassador and first point of contact for the Company. As a CCP you offer tailored and personally adapted service from the Customers’ unique needs. You handle Customer requests via phone and the topics can be anything from questions around invoices, insurance, benefits, and our different card products.

You have a key role within American Express where you are the first person the Customer will meet. Our focus is to put our Customers first – we want our brand to show in all the work we do.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience within service and supporting customers

  • This role requires skills in minimum two Nordic languages; Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish and English

  • Possibility and desire to work both from home and the office, primarily over the phone.

  • You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves with your ”Go the Extra Mile” mentality for challenges with your goal driven attitude.

  • You have an exceptional, clear, and adaptable way of communicating.

  • You are responsive and empathic and enjoy working in a high tempo.

  • You have a will not just to participate but also contribute to a good working environment.

  • You are skilled in creating strong customer relations.
