How will you make an impact in this role?
As a key member of the Acquisition team, you will lead the investment planning, forecasting and goal setting for the broader Acquisition Team. You will partner across the organization to identify and unlock new areas of acquisition growth and efficiency for our full product suite.
The ideal candidate has superior analytical skills, strong communication and project management skills, and a proven ability to think strategically, developing thoughtful recommendations that align with enterprise priorities. They will require strong collaboration skills, working in close partnership with Acquisition Channel Owners, Finance, Analytics Teams and Sales to drive results. Core responsibilities will include:
Acquisition Forecasting & Planning
- Coordination of our Investment Optimization and forecasting processes for the broader Acquisition team.
- Supporting our planning cycle by completing analyses, adjusting acquisition levers and championing it with Acquisition/Finance teams.
- Working closely with product/channel owners to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Liaising closely with channel owners and Finance to ensure proper enablement of the Acquisition Team’s budget.
Deriving Data-Driven Insights
- Leveraging data and analytics to develop insights that inform acquisition strategies and partnering with product/channel owners to bring these strategies to market.
- Supporting our acquisition offer strategy and working closely with the full team on tracking, refining and optimizing.
- Consistent results tracking, understanding the key drivers of acquisition performance and proactively identifying risks to the plan.

- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to take initiative.
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills across a diverse group of partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and strategy.
- Persistent focus on industry trends and other external factors helping guide strategy.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel power user.
